Some conversations need a little more courage. This one had it in abundance. 🤍
On 21st July, Aamaar Nusrat held a special session at a Madrasha in Tarua, a space where topics like menstrual health are rarely discussed openly.

67 students sat with us, listened, and slowly opened up. What started quietly turned into genuine curiosity and heartfelt questions. Alhamdulillah, the silence didn't stand a chance. 🌿

Before we left, every student was given a reusable sanitary pad a small but meaningful step toward comfort, confidence, and care. 🤍
Every madrasha we enter is a step toward normalizing these conversations everywhere: no shame, no hesitation, just knowledge.

248 girls. One room full of questions. 🌿
On 21st July, Aamaar Nusrat visited a Girls High School in Tarua, and what a session it was.

248 students showed up with open hearts and even more open minds. From menstrual health to breaking the silence around it, every question was welcomed, every doubt was answered. Alhamdulillah. 🤍
Every student was also given a reusable sanitary pad, a small gift, but a step toward comfort, dignity, and independence. 🌿

Watching these young girls engage so openly reminds us exactly why this work matters. The future is bright when girls are informed, confident, and unashamed of their own bodies.

🌿 163 Smiles, One Powerful Message 💙
July 7th Aamaar Nusrat reached Udayon High School in Habiganj with a menstrual health awareness session for 163 students!
From breaking taboos to answering every curious question with patience, this session was all about making girls feel informed, confident, and unashamed of a completely natural process. 🌸
Free reusable sanitary pads were distributed to all the students because health education means nothing without access.
Grateful for the warmth and openness we received from the students and school authorities. This is how change begins: one school, one conversation at a time. 💪

🌸 Alhamdulillah! Another Milestone for "Aamaar Nusrat" 🌿
This time, our journey took us to Chondro Mollika High School in Habiganj, where 235 students joined us for a menstrual health awareness session.
The room was full of energy; hands up, questions flowing, and genuine eagerness to learn about something so many girls are taught to stay silent about. We made sure every question got a clear, honest answer.
Free reusable sanitary pads were distributed to all the students, so that awareness comes hand-in-hand with access.
Each session like this reminds us why Aamaar Nusrat exists. In Sha Allah, we'll keep showing up for more girls, in more schools. 💙

🌿 Aamaar Nusrat Traveling Clinic 💙
Alhamdulillah! On 19 June, Aamaar Nusrat began its Traveling Clinic journey in Narsingdi, driven by one goal: standing beside people with care and compassion. 🤲

We organized a free medical camp, providing consultations, medicines, and necessary tests, all arranged by Aamaar Nusrat.

We also focused on women’s health and hygiene, distributing free reusable pads so they can maintain proper care with comfort and dignity. 💙

This is just the beginning. Please keep Aamaar Nusrat in your prayers so we can continue to serve and reach even more lives. 🤍

No girl should ever feel ashamed of something natural. 🤍Alhamdulillah, we just wrapped up a Menstrual Health awareness session at a madrasa in Munshinogor, Keraniganj and it was one of those sessions that remind you exactly why this work matters.
Around 100 students attended attentively, curiously, and unafraid. They asked real, important questions and every single one deserved to be answered with honesty and care. The teachers were incredibly welcoming and supported this initiative with open hearts.

We talked. We listened. We normalised.

And at the end, Alhamdulillah, every student went home with a reusable pad and a little more confidence. 💛
Because every girl deserves both knowledge and access.

✨ Sharing some moments from our recent session in Sylhet ✨
My session was held in a madrasa in Sylhet. Meeting the students was a truly meaningful experience
The session focused on menstrual health and hygiene, with the aim of creating awareness, breaking stereotypes and encouraging open discussions about the use of sanitary pads.
The students were curious, open and actively participating, which made it easy to address their concerns and dispel common misconceptions. The cooperation of the teachers also helped the session run smoothly.

Here are some moments from a recent session at the Sylhet Tea Garden. 😊

The main objective of the session was to create awareness among tea garden women about menstrual health and hygiene, break down common myths, and encourage open discussions about the use of sanitary pads.

The girls and women from the tea gardens participated with great curiosity, openness and active participation, which made it easy to express their initiative and dispel common misconceptions. Everyone was attentive and we were able to complete the session well, Alhamdulillah, it was a meaningful experience.❤️
