Here are some moments from a recent session at the Sylhet Tea Garden. 😊

The main objective of the session was to create awareness among tea garden women about menstrual health and hygiene, break down common myths, and encourage open discussions about the use of sanitary pads.

The girls and women from the tea gardens participated with great curiosity, openness and active participation, which made it easy to express their initiative and dispel common misconceptions. Everyone was attentive and we were able to complete the session well, Alhamdulillah, it was a meaningful experience.❤️

Meeting around 200 students at the school was truly a meaningful experience 👥📍

The session focused on menstrual health and hygiene 🩸creating awareness, breaking taboos, and encouraging open conversations about the use of sanitary pads.
The students were curious, open, and actively engaged 💬, which made it easier to address their concerns and clear common misconceptions. The support from the teachers also made the session run smoothly 🤝

Sharing a few candid moments from a special day at an orphanage in Mymensingh.

Meeting the children truly warmed our hearts. They were kind, inquisitive, and a joy to interact with. The staff were incredibly supportive and ensured the session was conducted seamlessly.

From their feedback, it was reassuring to see that the session was impactful. Being able to connect with these children and witnessing them grow up in such a nurturing environment brought us a deep sense of warmth❣️

We are grateful to have contributed to their understanding in a way that can support healthier practices and promote better menstrual health over time.

After a short break for Eid, we are ready to resume our distribution.

Our team has been working tirelessly, putting in hours of preparation behind every pad and its packaging. All this preparation is part of our effort to reach more girls with care and support.

We’re glad to be back and ready to get these into the hands of the girls who need them most.

অনেক প্রত্যন্ত এলাকায় এখনো ডিসপোজেবল স্যানিটারি প্যাডের সহজলভ্যতা সীমিত। আবার অনেকের জন্য তা নিয়মিতভাবে কেনাও বেশ কঠিন। এই বাস্তবতাকে সামনে রেখেই আমরা পুনঃব্যবহারযোগ্য কাপড়ের স্যানিটারি প্যাড পরিচয় করিয়ে দিচ্ছি, যা একই সঙ্গে নিরাপদ এবং টেকসই একটি সমাধান।সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও যত্ন নিলে এই প্যাডগুলো দীর্ঘদিন আরামদায়কভাবে ব্যবহার করা যায়।

আমার নুসরাত নিরলসভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের কিশোরীদের কাছে এই সেবা পৌঁছে দিতে, যাতে অস্বস্তি তাদের পড়াশোনা ও স্বাভাবিক জীবনকে বাধাগ্রস্ত না করে।

The students gathered with curiosity and openness to learn about menstrual health and safe hygiene practices. Being their first introduction to reusable sanitary napkin, the session became more engaging.
