Social Services Club, Uttara University

The 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 of 𝐔𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 successfully organized a winter clothes distribution program titled '𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔' in the 𝙍𝙪𝙥𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙧 area of 𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙧.

This area is now home to 𝟑𝟏 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 who had to leave 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙞, 𝙎𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙟𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙟 because their homes were destroyed by 𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣. Even though the place looks peaceful, their lives are very difficult. They live in small spaces on rented land and face many daily struggles.

Through this program, we wanted to give them warmth and show that they are not alone after losing their homes and sources of income.

We would like to give special thanks to the Film and Photography Club, Uttara University for capturing meaningful images that show the strength and resilience of these people.

The 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, 𝐔𝐔 is looking for passionate volunteers to join our upcoming event!
