Vaowal National Park, Gazipur

Natural Beauty... The Bhawal National Park is located in the high way of Dhaka-Mymensing Road. Total area of this park is 940 ha.

It is 40 km north from Dhaka city, 20 km drive from Gazipur District and 20 km away from Kapasia. Here is a natural forests and the area is dominant by sale forests including some wildlife like peacocks, leopard, Black Panther, pythons, cat fish and sambar deer’s etc. Now bhawal national park is very popular for picnic in the winter season. Forest Department has been managing this park since long.
