Position: Project Engineer (Civil)

Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering (B.Sc., Eng.) in Civil Engineering from any reputable University.
Experience: Core experience of more than 10 years as a Project Engineer, Civil Construction
for looking after of Government Construction Project under any EPC Contractor.
Job Location: Khulna Area.
Job Context:
We are looking for a reliable BOQ and Budgeting Project Site Engineer for construction projects
and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be
responsible for Design, Build, BOQ, Budgeting, Organization, Implementation and Scheduling of
the Government Projects – along with reporting directly to the MD.
Job Responsibilities:
➢ Clear understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
➢ Preparation of Bill asper Progressive Works.
➢ MB (Measurement Book) Preparation.
➢ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground
leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special
knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing construction projects etc.
➢ To supervise construction works and Assuring quality of er****on / construction work.
➢ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
➢ Ability to manage the site supervisor of the Government Authority Personnel.
➢ Communication with corporate office regarding implementation works.
➢ Checking received materials and Capable to store maintain according to the record &
documents.
➢ Managing site supervisor and labors / sub-contractors.
➢ Knowledge about finishing work.
➢ Sound knowledge in Auto CAD.
➢ Basic knowledge about Interior Design works.
➢ To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
