🟥 ভাইয়া, রাতে প্রশ্ন দেওয়ার কথা ছিল, কিন্তু সকালে উঠে দেখি ব্লক করে দিছে!" নাম প্রকাশে অনিচ্ছুক এক এসএসসি পরীক্ষার্থীর আক্ষেপ এটি।
টেলিগ্রামে শত শত গ্রুপ খোলা হয়েছে "এসএসসি প্রশ্নপত্র ১০০% কমন" নামে। সেখানে যুক্ত হচ্ছে হাজার হাজার বিভ্রান্ত শিক্ষার্থী। প্রতারকরা প্রথমে কিছু ভুয়া প্রমান দেখায়, এরপর এডভান্স টাকা দাবি করে। যেসব পরীক্ষার্থী ফাঁদে পা দিয়ে টাকা পাঠাচ্ছে, তারা পরীক্ষার আগের রাত পার করছে চরম উৎকণ্ঠায়। সকালে প্রতারকরা জানায় "টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার কারণে প্রশ্ন আসতে দেরি হচ্ছে"।
পরীক্ষা শেষে বাসায় ফিরে ওই শিক্ষার্থী দেখে, গ্রুপে আসল প্রশ্ন দেওয়া আছে এবং টাইমস্ট্যাম্প দেখাচ্ছে আগের রাতের! আসলে প্রতারকরা পরীক্ষা শেষ হওয়ামাত্র আসল প্রশ্ন জোগাড় করে আগের পোস্ট এডিট করে দিয়েছে। এই স্ক্রিনশটগুলোই সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ছড়িয়ে দিয়ে একদল মানুষ গুজব ছড়াচ্ছে যে "এই দেখেন, প্রশ্নফাঁস হয়েছে!"
টাকা দিয়ে প্রতারিত হচ্ছে পরীক্ষার্থীরা, নষ্ট হচ্ছে তাদের মূল্যবান সময় ও পড়াশোনার মনোযোগ, আর মাঝখান থেকে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ছড়ানো হচ্ছে ভিত্তিহীন গুজব। এই ফাঁদ থেকে শিক্ষার্থীদের বের করে আনার দায়িত্ব অভিভাবকদেরই নিতে হবে।

🟥 The Narrative Is their Last Defence

A campaign is running. Its goal is simple make Bangladeshis doubt their own institutions before those institutions finish the job of delivering accountability. The specific lie being pushed right now is that the government has moved to limit the army's authority. It has not. There has been no such decision. What actually exists is the opposite a government and an armed forces working more closely together than Bangladesh has seen in years, across security, disaster response and peacekeeping. The claim of conflict is invented because the reality of cooperation is inconvenient.
The people inventing it are not difficult to identify. Northeast News, Dinporto, Nobonita these are not journalists who stumbled onto a story. They are outlets running a coordinated effort to rehabilitate a regime that ordered snipers onto rooftops above unarmed students. That regime lost power. It is now losing the narrative. And losing the narrative is the one thing it cannot afford, because the narrative is the last thing standing between it and full accountability.
The problem with this strategy is that it requires Bangladeshis to forget what they personally lived through. Sixteen years of elections decided before polling day. Enforced disappearances carried out like routine administration. A state that served one family and called it governance. People do not forget this because a media campaign tells them to. Memory is not that fragile.
Abrar was killed. Abu Saiyed was killed. The July uprising was built on real deaths and real grief and a real demand that it never happens again. The current government exists because of that demand. The old network is afraid because of that demand. And no manufactured story about institutional conflict changes either of those facts.
The campaign will keep running. The results will keep disappointing them.
