পিডিএফ, (ফিজিক্যালি চ্যালেঞ্জড ডেভেলপমেন্ট ফাউন্ডেশন) প্রতিবন্ধী শিক্ষার্থীদের অধিকার আদায়ে কাজ করে এটা আমরা সবাই জানি। পিডিএফের সদস্য হিসেবে আমরা কিভাবে প্রতিবন্ধী শিক্ষার্থীদের অধিকার আদায়ে কাজ করতে পারবো তার জন্য প্রয়োজন প্রতিবন্ধীতা কি, প্রতিবন্ধকতার ধরন, প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের অধিকার ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে জ্ঞান। বই পড়া, ডকুমেন্টারি দেখা, ফিল্ম দেখা ইত্যাদি মাধ্যমে আমরা সহজেই জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে পারি। পাঠচক্রের মাধ্যমে আমরা নিজেদের জ্ঞান যেমন অন্যদের সাথে শেয়ার করতে পারি তেমনি অন্যদের থেকে শেখার জন্য উদ্বুদ্ধ হতে পারি। Disability Scholar's Forum এর সহযোগিতায় আগামী মজ্ঞলবার সকালে ৮.৩০ টা থেকে ১০ টা পর্যন্ত Inclusion in Action : How campuses can support students with disabilities শিরোনামে পাঠচক্রের আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছি।

For 17 years, Physically-Challenged Development Foundation (PDF) has worked to break barriers, amplify voices, and build a future where youth with disabilities can thrive with dignity.

From classrooms to communities, from policy tables to public platforms, PDF has been a force for inclusion, equality, and hope.

This journey has been driven by:

✔️ The dedication of our volunteers
✔️ The belief that disability is not a limitation, but a different kind of strength

This path has not been easy, but every step has brought us closer to an inclusive, just Bangladesh. We believe every person is capable, every life is valuable.

BRAC থেকে প্রতিবন্ধী শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য একটা ফ্রি ট্রেইনিং এর ব্যাবস্থা করা হচ্ছে। ট্রেইনিং হবে BRAC JPG এর অফিসে।

ট্রেইনিং হবে ২৯ জুলাই থেকে ৩১ জুলাই ২০২৫।

**Empowering Leaders for an Inclusive Tomorrow!**

The Physically-Challenged Development Foundation (PDF) proudly organized a Team Building Workshop on April 26, 2025, at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro in Dhaka. This event brought together approximately 25 dynamic volunteers and students with disabilities from our branches at Jahangirnagar University (JU), Dhaka University (DU), Rajshahi University (RU), and **Jagannath University (JnU)**. Members from YouthNet and the Central Team also actively participated in this inspiring event.

The goals of the workshop were to-
* Strengthen leadership skills among newly appointed branch leaders
* Foster collaboration and solidarity across PDF units
* Build confidence and teamwork through interactive learning
* Align our collective efforts to promote the dignity, participation, and rights of persons with disabilities.
* At PDF, empowered youth leaders are crucial to driving inclusive development and breaking barriers. This workshop represents another step toward building a stronger, more resilient movement for disability rights in Bangladesh.

Together, we lead. Together, we rise.
