ঢাকা, ৩০ অক্টোবর ২০২৫: প্রধান উপদেষ্টা প্রফেসর মুহাম্মদ ইউনূসের সঙ্গে শুভেচ্ছা বিনিময় করেছেন যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয়ের উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত জাতীয় নীতি প্রতিযোগিতা (National Policy Competition) ২০২৫-এর দশটি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিজয়ী শিক্ষার্থীরা।
আজ বৃহস্পতিবার সন্ধ্যায় রাষ্ট্রীয় অতিথি ভবন যমুনায় আয়োজিত অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান উপদেষ্টার সঙ্গে শিক্ষার্থীরা মতবিনিময় করেন এবং প্রতিযোগিতায় নিজেদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও নীতি প্রস্তাবনা তুলে ধরেন।
তরুণ প্রজন্মের বিশ্লেষণধর্মী চিন্তা, নীতি উদ্ভাবন ও গঠনমূলক সংলাপকে উৎসাহিত করতে যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয় এ প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করে। দেশব্যাপী ১০টি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও মেডিকেল কলেজে সফলভাবে প্রতিযোগিতা সম্পন্ন হয়, এবং প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে একটি করে দল বিজয়ী নির্বাচিত হয়।
বিজয়ী শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো হলো— ইস্ট ওয়েস্ট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, ইউনিভার্সিটি অব লিবারেল আর্টস বাংলাদেশ (ULAB), চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, জাহাঙ্গীরনগর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ, ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, নর্থ সাউথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, বাংলাদেশ কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এবং শাহজালাল বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়।
শিক্ষার্থীরা শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য, পরিবেশ, শান্তি, কৃষি, প্রযুক্তি, রাজনীতি, সংবিধান, পররাষ্ট্রনীতি ও অর্থনীতি— এই দশটি জাতীয় অগ্রাধিকার খাতে বাস্তবসম্মত ও উদ্ভাবনী নীতি প্রস্তাবনা উপস্থাপন করে।
অনুষ্ঠানে আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয়ের উপদেষ্টা আসিফ মাহমুদ সজীব ভূঁইয়া এবং প্রধান উপদেষ্টার বিশেষ দূত লুৎফে সিদ্দিকী।

যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয় আয়োজিত “National Policy Competition 2025”-এর বিজয়ীদের সঙ্গে আজ রাষ্ট্রীয় অতিথি ভবন যমুনায় আজ এক মতবিনিময় সভায় অংশ নেন মাননীয় প্রধান উপদেষ্টা ড. মুহাম্মদ ইউনূস।
এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন যুব ও ক্রীড়া মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাননীয় উপদেষ্টা জনাব আসিফ মাহমুদ সজীব ভূঁইয়া এবং মাননীয় প্রধান উপদেষ্টার আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয় সংক্রান্ত বিশেষ দূত (উপদেষ্টা পদমর্যাদা) জনাব লুৎফে সিদ্দিকী।
At East West University, the National Policy Competition 2025 unfolded as a dynamic dialogue on Bangladesh’s transformative journey beyond LDC status. With Chief Guest Dr. Anisuzzaman Chowdhury (Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser) gracing the event, the stage became a forum of intellect, ambition, and national vision. Students explored how Bangladesh can harness new opportunities while addressing the emerging challenges of this milestone transition.
From economic resilience and sustainable development to innovation-driven growth, their ideas reflected a generation ready to lead with pragmatism and purpose.
The event stood as a testament to how informed, future-focused youth can shape strategies that empower Bangladesh to thrive confidently on the global stage.
চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত জাতীয় নীতি প্রতিযোগিতা ২০২৫–এর অধ্যায়ে তরুণ মেধাবীদের কণ্ঠে প্রতিধ্বনিত হলো ভবিষ্যতের শিক্ষা ও দক্ষতার এক নতুন দিগন্তের স্বপ্ন। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা উপস্থাপন করেন কেমন হওয়া উচিত এমন একটি শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা, যা কেবল জ্ঞান নয়, বরং উদ্ভাবন, সৃজনশীলতা ও মানবিকতাকে গড়ে তুলবে আগামী প্রজন্মের মূলে।
প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সম্মানিত ভাইস চ্যান্সেলর ড. মোহাম্মদ ইয়াহিয়া আখতার । তিনি তরুণদের চিন্তাশীল বিশ্লেষণ ও বাস্তবভিত্তিক প্রস্তাবনাকে বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার রূপান্তরের প্রেরণাদায়ক দিকনির্দেশনা হিসেবে অভিহিত করেন।
প্রতিযোগিতার মূল বিষয় ছিল— “নতুন বাংলাদেশ নির্মাণ: শিক্ষা ও দক্ষতার রূপান্তর।”
চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের তরুণরা দেখিয়ে দিয়েছে, পরিবর্তনের এই অভিযাত্রায় তারুণ্যের দৃষ্টি, যুক্তি ও কল্পনা হতে পারে একটি জ্ঞাননির্ভর, দক্ষতাসম্পন্ন ও মানবিক বাংলাদেশের ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর।

With innovative thinking and a passion for sustainability, they envisioned a future where smart agriculture, resilient water management, and inclusive development shape a stronger, greener Bangladesh.
Their ideas reflected hope, ingenuity, and the power of youth to reimagine the destiny of the Bengal Delta.
At the grand finale of the National Policy Competition 2025, hosted at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) under the initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Chief Guest, Mr. Md. Rezaul Maksud Jahedi, Secretary, Local Government Division, Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives, delivered an insightful and inspiring address to the young visionaries of Bangladesh.
Speaking on the theme “Agriculture, Water and Development Pathway: Reinventing the Bengal Delta,” he emphasized the crucial role of youth-led innovation in transforming Bangladesh’s agricultural and water management systems to meet the challenges of climate change and sustainable development.
He highlighted that the Bengal Delta’s future depends on integrated planning, local resilience, and the creativity of its youth—who are poised to shape pathways toward food security, environmental balance, and inclusive growth.
The event stood as a celebration of ideas, research, and policy innovation—where Bangladesh’s young minds reimagined the delta as a symbol of strength and sustainability.
