BNCC, HSTU Contingent

Major Md. Mashkurur Rahman Rownak, Regiment Adjutant of Mohasthan Regiment and Acting Adjutant of 34 BNCC Battalion, visited Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Dinajpur, for the upcoming 34 Battalion Camping 2026.
​During the visit, he was accompanied by Professor Dr. Md Faruq Hasan, Platoon Commander (Male Platoon), and Susmita Sarmin, Acting Platoon Commander (Female Platoon) of the HSTU BNCC Contingent, along with military instructors from the Mohasthan Regiment and 34 Battalion.
​Following the training session, a Rank Badge Ceremony was held where Major Md. Mashkurur Rahman Rownak officially adorned the newly promoted Cadet Under Officers (CUOs) of the 34 Battalion with their rank badges.

​Congratulations to the newly promoted cadets! We wish them the very best in their leadership journey.

এ্যাডজুটেন্ট মেজর মো. মাশকুরুর রহমান রওনক ৩৪ ব্যাটালিয়নের 'ব্যাটালিয়ন ক্যাম্পিং ২০২৬' উপলক্ষ্যে হাজী মোহাম্মদ দানেশ বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (হাবিপ্রবি), দিনাজপুর পরিদর্শন করেন।
​পরিদর্শনকালে তাঁর সাথে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিএনসিসি, হাবিপ্রবি শাখার পুরুষ প্লাটুনের প্লাটুন কমান্ডার প্রফেসর ড. মোহাম্মদ ফারুক হাসান এবং মহিলা প্লাটুনের ভারপ্রাপ্ত প্লাটুন কমান্ডার সুস্মিতা শারমিন। এছাড়াও মহাস্থান রেজিমেন্ট ও ৩৪ ব্যাটালিয়নের বিভিন্ন সামরিক প্রশিক্ষকবৃন্দ উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
​পরিদর্শন ও প্রশিক্ষণ পরবর্তী এক বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠানে ৩৪ ব্যাটালিয়নের নবপদোন্নতি প্রাপ্ত ক্যাডেট আন্ডার অফিসারদের (CUO) র‍্যাংক ব্যাচ পরিয়ে দেন মেজর মো. মাশকুরুর রহমান রওনক।

​নবপদোন্নতি প্রাপ্ত সকল ক্যাডেটদের প্রতি রইলো আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন ও শুভকামনা।

ঢাকা, সোমবার, ৩০ মার্চ, ২০২৬: আজ শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ে শিক্ষা ও প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রী ড. এহছানুল হক মিলন এমপির সাথে বাংলাদেশ ন্যাশনাল ক্যাডেট কোর (বিএনসিসি)-এর কর্মকর্তাদের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মতবিনিময় সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভায় বিএনসিসির প্রতিনিধিদলের সাথে “Youth Workforce Development: National Transformation through BNCC” বিষয়ে আলোচনা হয়।

সভায় দেশের যুবসমাজকে দক্ষ, শৃঙ্খলাবদ্ধ ও দেশপ্রেমে উদ্বুদ্ধ মানবসম্পদে রূপান্তরের লক্ষ্যে বিএনসিসির কার্যক্রম সম্প্রসারণ, প্রশিক্ষণ কাঠামো উন্নয়ন এবং জাতীয় উন্নয়নে তাদের সম্পৃক্ততা বৃদ্ধির বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত তুলে ধরা হয়। পাশাপাশি সংগঠনটির বিদ্যমান কার্যক্রমের বিশ্লেষণ, সম্ভাবনা ও চ্যালেঞ্জসমূহও আলোচনায় আসে।

সভায় শিক্ষামন্ত্রী বলেন, দেশের বর্তমান প্রেক্ষাপটে শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে শৃঙ্খলা, নেতৃত্বগুণ, দেশপ্রেম ও নৈতিকতা গড়ে তোলা অত্যন্ত জরুরি। তিনি উল্লেখ করেন, বিএনসিসি ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মকে দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল নাগরিক হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখতে পারে এবং এটি দেশের একটি কার্যকর “ডিফেন্স লাইন” হিসেবেও কাজ করতে সক্ষম।

মন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে মাদকাসক্তি, পড়াশোনায় অনাগ্রহ এবং ঝরে পড়ার প্রবণতা একটি বড় চ্যালেঞ্জ। এসব সমস্যা মোকাবিলায় বিএনসিসির মতো সংগঠনকে আরও সক্রিয় ও বিস্তৃত করতে হবে। তিনি বিএনসিসির কার্যক্রমকে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের সঙ্গে সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে আরও শক্তিশালী করার ওপর গুরুত্বারোপ করেন।

মন্ত্রী সরকারের ১৮০ দিনের কর্মসূচির আওতায় বিএনসিসির কার্যক্রম অন্তর্ভুক্ত করার বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করেন এবং পাইলট প্রকল্প হিসেবে কয়েকটি উপজেলায় বিএনসিসির কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নের নির্দেশনা দেন। তিনি বলেন, সফল বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে এই মডেল সারাদেশে সম্প্রসারণ করা হবে।

শিক্ষা ও প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রী ড. এহছানুল হক মিলন বলেন, “বিএনসিসি কারিগরি ও বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষা এবং প্রশিক্ষণ (TVET) নিয়ে কাজ করছে, যা আমাদের প্রধানমন্ত্রীর ভিশন। এই ভিশন বাস্তবায়নে আমাদের যৌথভাবে কাজ করতে হবে।”

সভায় বিএনসিসির প্রতিনিধিরা সংগঠনের অবকাঠামো, প্রশিক্ষণ ব্যয়, জনবল বৃদ্ধি এবং উপজেলা পর্যায়ে সম্প্রসারণ সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন প্রস্তাবনা তুলে ধরেন। তারা জানান, স্বল্প ব্যয়ে বিদ্যমান শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অবকাঠামো ব্যবহার করে দেশব্যাপী কার্যক্রম বিস্তারের সুযোগ রয়েছে।

সভায় শিক্ষামন্ত্রী সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে সমন্বিতভাবে কাজ করার আহ্বান জানান এবং বলেন, “যুবসমাজই আমাদের দেশের ভবিষ্যৎ। তাদের সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা ও প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে আমরা একটি শক্তিশালী, আত্মনির্ভরশীল ও শৃঙ্খলাবদ্ধ জাতি গড়ে তুলতে পারি।”

Today, March 23, marks the 47th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC).

Since its establishment in 1979, BNCC has been working tirelessly to develop students from various schools, colleges, and universities across Bangladesh into honest, skilled, patriotic, and competent citizens. Alongside their academic education, students are being equipped through military training to serve as a vital force during times of national need.

On the occasion of the 47th founding anniversary of BNCC, heartfelt greetings and congratulations are extended from the BNCC, HSTU Contingent.
