Feni is a city in Chittagong Division of Bangladesh. Administratively it is simultaneously the headquarters of Feni District and Feni Sadar Upazila. It has an area of 22 square kilometers and a population of 156,971, making it the 27th largest city in Bangladesh. Feni is one of the fastest growing urban areas in Bangladesh. It is the most populous and largest city in Feni district. The divisional city is 91.7 km from the port city of Chittagong. In the distance lies the town of Feni. The nearest international airport to the city is Shah Amanat International Airport.
