It officially became a partner with the Government of Bangladesh in 1984 when an MPO letter was issued by the ministry in favor of the school authority. The performance of this school is one of the best in the Upazila. It is a hub for social and economic development in the small community of Karimganj. The playground of KPBHS has produced many famous players who has contributed in the national arena. Students of this school have done very well as they serve in different sectors of the country.
