1. Share knowledge, resource and information among farmers and other stakeholders for increasing agricultural yield and profitability.
2. Develop repository of agricultural knowledge and information useful for agricultural production and marketing.
3. Provide training to and develop skills of the farmers, field workers, officers and entrepreneurs in agriculture.
4. Develop agricultural commodity marketing platforms so that producers get better price of their products.
5. Take agricultural research findings from universities/research institutes immediately to the farmers’ fields.
6. Take measures for conserving biodiversity and restoring the polluted environment.
7. Work in crop, forestry, fisheries and livestock sector to coop with the changing climate.
