তৃষ্ণা অনুভব হওয়া মানে শরীরের 1–2% পানি হারানো হয়েছে ।

Feeling thirsty means that 1–2% of the body's water has been lost.

হাঁস পানিতে ঘুমানোর সময় এক চোখ খোলা রেখে ঘুমাতে পারে। এতে শিকারি আসলে দ্রুত বুঝতে পারে ।এটা এক ধরনের natural alarm system.

হাঁসের পালক পানিরোধী কেননা হাঁসের শরীরে oil gland থাকে। তারা ঠোঁট দিয়ে সেই তেল পালকে লাগায়—তাই পানি গড়িয়ে পড়ে।

Ducks can sleep with one eye open while in the water. This helps predators to quickly recognize them. It is a kind of natural alarm system.

Duck feathers are waterproof because ducks have oil glands in their bodies. They apply that oil to the feathers with their beaks—so the water rolls off.

☘️পিঁপড়া সম্পর্কে অজানা তথ্য:

১/ পিঁপড়া নিজ শরীরের ৫০ গুণ পর্যন্ত ওজন বহন করতে পারে।
২/ পিঁপড়া sound শুনতে পারে না, কিন্তু vibration অনুভব করে।
৩/ পিঁপড়া অত্যন্ত social insects।
তারা “colony” আকারে থাকে এবং একটি colony তে থাকে সেনা, রানি, শ্রমিক, এবং পুংপিঁপড়া।
colony তে প্রত্যেকের কাজ খুব স্পষ্টভাবে ভাগ করা থাকে।
৪/ পিঁপড়া pheromone (রাসায়নিক সিগন্যাল) দিয়ে কথা বলে। খাদ্যের উৎস বা বিপদের তথ্য pheromone trail দিয়ে colony এর অন্য পিঁপড়াকে পৌঁছে দেয়।
কিছু species vibrations বা কম্পনও ব্যবহার করে যোগাযোগ করে।
৫/ পিঁপড়া landmark recognition ব্যবহার করে। তারা সূর্যের অবস্থান ও রাসায়নিক ট্রেইল মিলিয়ে colony তে ফিরে আসে।

☘️ Unknown facts about ants:

1/ An ant can carry up to 50 times its own body weight.
2/ An ant can't hear sound, but it feels vibration.
3/ Ants are very social insects.
They live in “colonies” and a colony consists of soldiers, queens, workers, and male ants.
Everyone’s work in the colony is very clearly divided.
4/ Ants communicate using pheromones (chemical signals). They transmit information about food sources or dangers to other ants in the colony through pheromone trails.
Some species also communicate using vibrations.
5/ Ants use landmark recognition. They return to the colony by matching the position of the sun and chemical trails.

কাক এত বুদ্ধিমান যে আপনাকে চিনতে পারে এবং অন্য কাকদের সতর্ক করে।
কোনো মানুষ কাককে ভয় দেখালে বা ক্ষতি করলে , কাক সেটা মনে রাখে । তারপর সেই মানুষ দেখলে সব কাক সতর্ক হয় এবং মজার ব্যাপার হচ্ছে এক প্রজন্ম ধরে তারা এই তথ্য ছড়ায়!!😳

Crows are so intelligent that they can recognize you and warn other crows.
If a person scares or harms a crow ,the crows remember that. Then when they see that person, all the crows become alert and the funny thing is that they spread this information for a generation!!😳
