Avoid doing work by any Child

In our surrounding area plenty of child found fighting for food, they do the work in restaurant, Tea Stool, Rolling mill, Factory etc. Mainly they are orphan. Our society failed to provide them social security. In this age he/she should go to school, Play with their friend, jumping, kidding, dreaming, storytelling and they should have enough time to explore their mentality.

Child-means a person who has attained fourteen years but has not completed sixteen years of age.

ILO: Since this section concerns not only the minimum age for admission to employment but also the protection of young workers at work, it is suggested to change the title into “Child labour and young workers”. Factories Act, 1965 requires the conditions of work of young workers. Article 70 of the act provides that no young workers under the age of 18 years can work in a factory for more than five hours a day.

We shall not employ any worker below 14 years of age.

# It will be more comprehensive if this phrase” cast, origin, union or political affiliation” can be inserted between the word “race” and “colour”.
# Provides benefits without regard to race, colour, gender, nationality, religion, age, maternity or marital status.

আপনি কি কখনো একজন বালাদেশী হিন্দু/মুসলমানের চেহারার দিকে গভীরভাবে তাকিয়ে দেখেছেন। দেখবেন অবিকল যেন আপনার প্রতিচ্ছবি। প্রায় একই ধরনের গায়ের রং, নাক, কান, চোখ, হাত, পা মানে একই অবয়ব।
পার্থক্য শুধু, টুপি, বোরখা আর পৈতা, লাল সিদুর,শাখা এ।
অবাক হই এই ভেবে যে, আমরা কিভাবে নিজের স্বজাতীকে ধর্মিয় ক্রোধের বসবর্তী হয়ে বিজাতীয় মনে করি।

We can help assures that our Society free from prohibited discrimination or harassment. Everyone is expected to avoid any behavior or conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as prohibited discrimination or harassment; no one, not even the highest-ranking people or key persons are exempt from the requirements of this agenda. Everyone is expected to inform any person in the community whose conduct the sufferer finds unwelcome. Anybody who is aware of conduct inconsistent with this agenda or who receives a report of conduct inconsistent with this procedure is to report immediately to the Local govt office. Everyone who reports harassment should make every effort to make that report directly to the Local Leader.

Offensive s*x-oriented verbal kidding, teasing or jokes;
Repeated unwanted s*xual flirtations, advances or propositions;
Continued or repeated verbal abuse of a s*xual nature;
Graphic or degrading comments about a person’s appearance or s*xual activity;
Offensive visual conduct, including leering, making s*xual gestures, the display of offensive s*xually suggestive objects or pictures, cartoons or posters;
Unwelcome pressure for s*xual activity;
Offensively suggestive or obscene letters, notes or invitations; or offensive physical contact such as patting, grabbing, pinching, or brushing against another's body.

S*x Harassment

S*x harassment is a problem that deserves special mention. Harassing conduct based on gender often is s*xual in nature but sometimes is not. As a partner of modern culture we should forbids harassment based on gender regardless of whether the offensive conduct is s*xual in nature and any unwelcome conduct based on gender is also be forbidden by us regardless of whether the individual engaged in harassment and the person being harassed are of the same or are of different genders.
