This Assembly consists of Brussels' citizens selected by lottery to propose a series of recommendations to the Government for a "low-carbon" city by 2050.

The theme of their new cycle of reflection was , a subject particularly close to our hearts! The focus? Revamping our food systems for a greener, healthier world...

On February 6th, we successfully invited journalists from various media ( ) to cover the official presentation of the assembly's recommendations to the Brussels government.

Highlights:

Reduce meat consumption by half, embrace local, organic, seasonal foods, and tackle food waste head-on.

Recommendations? Financial incentives, tax adjustments, and regulations for sustainable eating.

Bottom line? We need to shift towards sustainable, responsible eating habits.
