The two-day annual audit by the Bhutan Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) concluded today, 28th May, at Bumthang Domestic Airport.

The audit covered a wide range of operational and safety aspects including rescue and fire-fighting services (RFFS), movement areas such as the runway, taxiway, apron, and landside facilities like perimeter fencing, airport security systems, operational manuals, emergency response plans, access controls, and staff training, among others.

We sincerely thank the BCAA team for their time, valuable feedback, and continued support. Such audits play a critical role in ensuring compliance, enhancing safety and security standards, and supporting the smooth and secure operation of the airport.
