PPRA Circular No. 5 of 2026

PPRA has issued guidance on the determination of the reasonableness of prices for works contracts.

This circular supports the implementation of the Public Procurement Act, 2021 which promotes fair, equitable, competitive, transparent, accountable, efficient, non-discriminatory, honest, and value-for-money procurement practices while enhancing public confidence in public procurement.

Please note that this circular officially supersedes and replaces PPRA Circular No. 5 of 2025 (Ref: PPRA 3/1/1 I (17)).
