1. Make sure to stay hydrated as you walk this route; look out for our water points along the route.
2. Be mindful of traffic. It is the responsibility of all runners to follow route markings and instructions, follow the guidance from Marshalls and Botswana Police Service Es**rt.
3. No Littering please
4. Walkers are not allowed to go off route course
