And we are off!
Today we are putting the "Air" in Air Cadets!
It's an exciting day for gliding with our cadets, who have not been up in the air!

Congratulations to our senior cadets who received the Air Cadet Service Medal presented at the Mess Dinner! This award recognizes continuous meritorious cadet service of at least four years. 🎉

We’re going to take a moment to boast about our AMAZING LEVEL 3’s! The level 3’s just started their 309’s today which is all about instructing a lesson. This is a necessary training section as we prepare them to be leaders in the squadron to teach the younger cadets, build their effective speaking and presentation skills, and expose them to real life experiences over the next few weeks.

This program extends beyond the four walls at our LHQ. We are building the leaders of tomorrow and we are so proud of the smart, passionate, curious, active level 3’s and what they bring to 83 Juno Beach. Let’s gooooooo! 💪💪💯

Earlier in December we said our sad farewells to WO1 Vallabh. We are so proud of the hard work she has dedicated to the program as we watched her grow in both confidence and leadership! Wishing her all the best in her future! We will miss her positive attitude and ability to bring cadets together ✈️

Let’s go!! What better way to spend Halloween than to go on an FTX! 🎃👻 our level 3+ are geared and ready to go!
