Right before the pandemic I had been helping with the breakfast club at Our Lady of Assumption School in Bowness. When Covid hit my first thought was, how would these kids get fed.

I was connected with the amazing teachers from , .e.g.a.n.a.n.d.r.o.s.c.o.e and .bonham and their organization and through their hard work and genuine love for kids, we were all able to provide food, books and a friendly face to so many people in Bowness when they needed it most.

It was also a great way to show my son how to give back to his community. This guy was there every day passing out lunch like it was his job, and he loved it!

Five years later and I couldn’t be more grateful for this experience and the relationships built through it. Just another reason why I’m fighting for !

My passion for protecting public education is what brought me to this point. To further my campaign and reach more people I’m asking anyone that has the means and wants to join me in my journey make a donation.

Hah! What a fun morning with some of my absolute favourite people! A huge thank you to all the volunteers for pulling off such a party. We had a blast getting out and supporting !

I saw this plaque on the wall at downtown location and it made me smile. The future of learning is bright, so long as we continue to invest in public education and every student that accesses it.

This means advocating for a robust education system that includes all communities and cultures, creating safe spaces and well maintained buildings for our children to spend their days, demanding better for our teachers and making sure everyone has a voice at the table.

The Bowness Stampede Parade is a tradition in my family and this Saturday we’ll have our own float! Come down and enjoy one of the city’s best Stampede parties outside the grounds!

Happy first day of summer vacation kiddos! And thank you to all the teachers at school today cleaning their classrooms, wrapping up the school year and making preparations for September.

When I began asking people to share a bit about their experience with me to use in my campaign I was not prepared for such an outpouring of support. My heart has tripled in size from the kind words from my friends and colleagues - THANK YOU 🤍

The kids at are getting a very special visit today from 🔥 Fire safety as we head into summer is so important and it’s a great way to wrap up the last week of school.

The students and teachers at had a market this week and the drive and creativity these kids brought blew me away!

They were asked to come up with a business name, marketing plan (look at these sweet business cards 🥹), pricing, manage inventory, set up their shops and show off their counting skills at the end of it all.

This was my kids most favourite activity from this school year and the lessons he took away were immeasurable. I’m so grateful for our public education system, teachers, administrators and volunteers that make moments like this happen. What an excellent way to help build our future leaders!

Also, a very special shout out to the custodian for cleaning up at the end of the day. Definitely the unsung hero behind the market!
