Spring is a great time to refresh our routines and focus on wellness at a pace that feels right for you.
For those in our community, spring wellness can mean getting back outside for gentle movement, re establishing routines after the winter months, prioritizing rest, and checking in with how you’re feeling physically and emotionally. Small changes like enjoying fresh air, staying hydrated, keeping consistent sleep schedules, and managing stress can all support overall wellbeing.
Remember, wellness looks different for everyone. Be kind to yourself, listen to your body, and celebrate the steps, big or small, that help you feel your best this season.
Wishing our community a healthy, hopeful spring. If you would like to learn more about our programs email us at [email protected]

We are so grateful to have hosted our first Acceptance and Commitment Training: Caring for the Caregiver (CC ACT) group.
This program created space for caregivers to connect, reflect, and build practical skills to support their own wellbeing while caring for others. Hearing the impact firsthand has been incredibly meaningful to our team.
“Thanks, again, for facilitating a fabulous group experience. I have found it easy to refer to the skills we practiced both between sessions and since their completion.”
– CC ACT Participant
What was your favorite part?
“Virtual and accessible, supportive, empathetic and very knowledgeable facilitators.”
– CC ACT Participant
We are excited to continue offering this program 1–2 times per year. If you are a caregiver interested in participating in a future session, we encourage you to reach out.
