Senator Nyonblee Karnga Lawrence of Grand Bassa County wrote on her page yesterday and why reading her post with my sons we noticed there were 22 hard words that my sons wanted to understand. As a father, Geetee Tugbeh Wojroh III took the time to spine the articles, and here is what he re-wordify for our easy read.

Senator Nyonblee Karnga Lawrence of Grand Bassa County write:
"Second Payment of $15,000:

A Press Release circulating on Facebook (probably) from the Office of our Fellow worker, Senator Emmanuel Nuquay, pointing to/showing that Lawmakers have received the second portion (15k) of a 30 K money-related portion for Law-based Engagement has claimed my attention. It can be recalled that the first payment of 15K of the said Law-based Engagement Fund sparked necessary extreme anger among Liberians who believe that though budgeted and legal/real and true, making direct payments of public monies to Law-makers for law-based engagement is insensitive to the welfare of the people; especially in the middle of the screaming and acting violently COVID-19 serious problem.

While I am yet unaware of this latest payment as being reported by the Office of Hon. Emmanuel Nuquay, I would like to (say again) in no uncertain terms my position that it's unfortunate for Law-makers
to accept said payment in the face of our country still going through the COVID-19 serious problem.

In the same way/in that way, in loyalty to the outcry of our people, I encourage all of my fellow workers to join me in requesting the Executive Branch to direct the money to the fight against COVID-19 and or other national (things that are the most important). Should the Executive insist on making the payments, I will reject mine absolutely and totally/without any limits or restrictions."

Thank you for reading and here are the words we have broken from the senator's original post.

Every 14 May is National Unification Day in Liberia. The holiday is also sometimes referred to as “Integration Day”. The purpose of the holiday is to seek improved relations between the descendants of freed American slaves who colonized Liberia and the original native population.
National Unification Day is a national holiday observed in Liberia on May 14th this day marks the Unification and Integration Policy, which was aimed at tackling political, social, and economic disparities with the country.
National Unification Day. This Day was set aside by the National Legislature in the 1960s to commemorate the National Unification of Liberia, which was spearheaded in 1964 by President William V.S. Tubman. National Unification was one of President Tubman’s greatest achievements. Just so you know, below is a long time ago .

In order to stop the freedom of theft in Liberia, I repeat on this day my call to the American Government for the Liberian National Bar Association to deny visas to (people in charge of something) and workers of government in the three branches of the Liberian Government who are considered to be dishonest (in a way that ruins your trust) based on (way of living) audits. I make the same appeal to the European Union on this Law Day. America and Europe must not make themselves partners in crime in the theft that is going in Liberia by granting access to dishonest and crime-committing officials and workers of the government to spend money stolen from the Liberian people in their countries.
Let me make it clear that the LNBA is not against the (collection over time) of wealth by hard work and the use of the thinking ability. But the LNBA wants Liberia to have its own rich people in the same way that America has its Michael Bloomberg, Bill Gates, or Nigeria, its Aliko Dangote. In this way, generations of Liberians will learn to work hard and to use their minds to buy/own/receive wealth and add/give to the progress and richness of Liberia.

Just so you know, most of the thieves in government like to travel to the United States and Europe to enjoy their stolen money, in addition to the lightning speed with which they buy/own/receive real properties and very expensive vehicles in Liberia.

Our people of Liberia can only be persuaded by what happens in the court if they are informed. Good judgments rendered by judges regarding the right to life, liberty, property, and security of the person have the potential of sustaining the peace. Just so you know, If the people are not informed about such good judgments they cannot appreciate the work of the court and be guided by it.

They say one challenge that judges face is that, unlike members of the Executive and the Legislatures, judges cannot go to the press to explain their actions. Most often the press does not report on what happens in the courts. Therefore, ordinary people tend not to be informed about decisions made by judges.

In Liberia, that situation is improving, at least with the technology and the deployment of judicial reporters at the Temple of Justice and many parts of the county by the LBS and other media groups. Just so you know, !!

Can you believe the political leader of the opposition Alternation National Congress (ANC), a CPP constituent party, claims that “the change that has been delivered is the fact that Liberians are worse off today than they were three years ago? Is the for real?

”Mr. Cummings warns that whoever is elected in 2023 as president of Liberia would have a lot of work to do “just to restore the country to where it was in 2018” when the Coalition for Democratic Change–led government took over. Restore to 2018 for what reason?
In his critique of our government’s performance, Cummings notes that civil servants today are making less than they made three years ago and they are not being paid regularly. He indicates further that the quality of education here is worse off, insisting that “this country is worse off today than it was three years ago.” Just so you know, CPP Unemployment is high but we inside my name Ohoo!
