🌞 SUNBEAMS
Young children have the opportunity to grieve the loss in their family while developing healthy coping skills for life.

🌈 RAINBOWS
Children are encouraged to share their feelings and experiences in a safe, supportive environment.

🎨 SPECTRUM
Teens connect with peers who are experiencing similar life-changing events, sharing thoughts and feelings in a supportive setting led by trained facilitators using age-appropriate materials.

No child should have to navigate grief alone. 💙

• The social, cultural, and cognitive benefits of online gaming
• How gaming communities influence connection and identity
• Potential risks and how to recognize warning signs
• Practical strategies to support safe and balanced gaming habits
• Ways to open positive, ongoing conversations about gaming at home

The goal is not to eliminate gaming. It is to better understand it so you can guide your child with confidence and clarity.

We will explore potential dangers, how online behaviour shapes a child’s digital footprint, and practical ways to guide children toward becoming responsible and respectful digital citizens.
