To protect the privacy of owners and residents in our community, no new community notices will be published on this page.

In place of Facebook, The Avenue at Clareview has set up a password-protected community website on GeniePad for all registered owners.

You can access community notices and news, useful information, and documents including by-laws and community policies on the GeniePad service. The site will also be the place for the latest re-construction updates as the project continues towards completion.

If you have condo owner's or tenant's insurance, be sure to contact your insurance company to begin a claim.

Your insurance company should be able to help you out with any immediate expenses or temporary accommodation costs beyond what is available from emergency service organizations like the Canadian Red Cross.

This could have been our community. Already this year we've had a number of fires in the flower beds around our buildings because careless smokers are tossing their butts on the ground.

Use a proper ashtray and ensure your smoking materials are fully extinguished by drenching them in water.

Do you or your guests smoke? Ensure that any cigarette butts, roaches, or other smoking materials are properly extinguished and NOT tossed over your balcony railing.

We have already had a number of fires in the flower beds and shrubs around our buildings due to careless smokers.

Remember, we live in wood-frame buildings and fire is a serious concern for everyone who lives here. Do you want to be the person who causes the buildings to burn down?

PARKADE CLEANING takes place Friday, 24 May from 8am to 5pm for BOTH buildings. All vehicles and personal belongings must be removed prior to the work beginning.

Owners of any stalls that are not able to be cleaned or are not fully vacated will be assessed a cleaning charge of $75 for the work to be done at a later date. The Corporation, management, and contractor will not be held liable for any damage to property not removed.

Residents are reminded that visitor stalls are NOT to be used for temporary parking. Ticketing and towing will be in effect during this work.

Thank you for your co-operation as we continue the spring clean-up work in our community.
