How do you carry Métis traditions into your everyday life? ✨
In honour of National Indigenous History Month, we want to feature Métis youth who are keeping culture strong in modern ways. Submit a photo, video, story, artwork, or project that shows how you blend traditional Métis knowledge with life today!
Maybe you:
🪡 bead earrings, hats, or clothing
🌿 harvest traditional plants or medicines
🗣️ use Michif words or greetings
🎨 create art inspired by your culture
🎶 share music, dancing, cooking, or other traditions
No matter how big or small, we want to see how culture is part of your life! Selected submissions will be featured on our socials, deadline is June 18th!
Please note: we will be focusing on Métis Youth submissions but all Métis are welcome to submit as well!
