Join us for a gentle and supportive 4 week series focused on helping you move with more ease and comfort in your body. This all-levels mobility flow is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and joint health through slow, mindful movement.

Each week, we’ll build gradually, revisiting familiar movements while gently introducing new ones, so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way. There will always be options and modifications, making this class accessible whether you’re newer to movement or have years of experience.

Expect a calm, welcoming space where you can take your time, listen to your body, and move at your own pace. Together, we’ll focus on reducing stiffness, improving mobility, and helping you feel stronger and more at ease in your everyday life.

Come as you are, and leave feeling a little more open, steady, and refreshed.
