$50/hour + vacation and stat pay

Flexible schedule - Clock in and out on an app, so you can work whatever schedule you want as long as the project you're on is ok with it. examples: 6 am starts, 9 am starts, work 4 10's and have a long weekend every week. We don't care.

Service vans for top performers once you’re settled in. We currently have 4 extra brand new vans just parked that we don’t even use.

Mostly in town Edmonton and area work, but we do work throughout Western Canada. Several projects coming up in B.C. this year. $10/hour L.O.A. when working out of town, plus paid accommodations, and travel time.

We have several multi year projects which guarantee us stable steady work for years to come. We currently have over 3 million in work in progress. We’re expecting to break 5 million in revenue this year, and 8 to 10 million in 2026.

We are also in the process of permanently expanding into both Kelowna and Vancouver. We have some large upcoming projects in those cities, and stable workload in those regions moving forward.

We provide housing for Journeymen/women from other parts of the country, and you get LOA even when you’re working in our home territory.

6 of these little apartment buildings being built on the army base just north of Edmonton. Housing for army guys I assume. We start our installs 2 weeks from today.

Mixed feelings about this one. The Chapters bookstore in south Edmonton is being turned into a grocery store and a pharmacy. We were awarded the project this morning.

Grateful for the work, but sad to see another bookstore close down. I think there’s only 1 Chapters left in Edmonton now. The smaller independent bookstores seem to be surviving though.

This is the last building I installed by myself. Shortly after this project, I was able to start hiring some guys. The 6” mains and 8” riser in this carpet and flooring store took some determination, but I got it done, and done right.

It’s been a few years now since I did any onsite work myself, but the owner of this building, the construction management general contracting company, and the prime mechanical contractor I was subcontracted through, have all continued to work with us ever since.

Our latest Shoppers Drug Mart is open for business. We installed 3 of these in the last year or so, and renovated at least a dozen more.

This one is in Morinville Alberta.

I guess we’re going to Quesnel B.C. this summer. Should be a nice little project for a couple guys.

We finished this one almost 2 years ago now, and it’s still mostly vacant. Can’t drive more than a couple blocks in Edmonton without seeing a For Sale or For Lease sign on a building.

Population growth has been propping up our economy for a few years now. We use to build mostly commercial, now it’s mostly multi-family residential.

We had a couple vans parked in front of a sign shop yesterday. They put this picture under our windshield wiper with a note that said they had some bored graphic designers.

I’m impressed by their initiative and creativity. I think this was just meant to be a playful joke, but it was actually a pretty impressive sales approach. I’ll be giving them a call next time I need a sign made.
