Seeds of Knowledge - October 2026

09/30/2026

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour Survivors of residential schools, the children who never returned home, and their families and communities. 🧡

Peace Library System is closed today as we take time to reflect, learn, and recognize the ongoing impacts of residential schools and colonization.

We’ve curated resources to support ongoing learning and reflection: https://peacelibrarysystem.ab.ca/News/resources-for-reconciliation
