Thoroughly enjoyed participating in this Fall's Executive Exchange hosted by Civic Ontario last week.
Lessons learned are often experiences earned and the amount of peer to peer collaboration offers tremendous insight in being part of team leadership. This year, I was honoured to present and offer some insights into leadership when projects go sideways and how to bring them back to centre.

Today we paused and welcomed 140 students along with members of the North Huron community to honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities. 🧡

We lowered the flag in front of our Municipal building to guide us further in remembering the painful history and acknowledge its lasting impacts as we continue the journey toward truth, healing, and reconciliation. Every Child Matters. 🧡

Join us on this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation at one of two screenings of "Indian Horse" at the Wingham Townhall Theatre (1230pm and 630pm).

Tomorrow, October 1st, our reflection continues in North Huron with a special Indigenous guest speaker and dancer at the Wingham Townhall Theatre beginning at 1pm.

It was an honour to represent the Township of North Huron along with Reeve Heffer and Councillor van Hittersum at the official opening of the new Outdoor Pavilion installed at the Wawanosh Valley Conservation Area.
Aptly named the Phil Beard Pavilion, this new coomunity space offers a much welcome resting and meeting space for guests enjoying their visit to one of Huron County's finest natural areas and wildlife corridor in the region.

Our Township of North Huron team is all set up and enjoying Day One at this year's International Plowing Match& Rural Expo in Walkerton. Great sense of community and more importantly loving everything 'agriculture'.
Thankful to the Wingham and Blyth BIAs and their businesses for their generosity and growing our presence.
