Eric a répondu rapidement et a confirmé la présence d'excréments de raton laveur dans notre grenier. Il a inspecté les lieux pour s'assurer de l'absence de petits et a procédé au nettoyage complet. Vraiment premièrement super sympathique en plus de prendre le temp pour expliquer chaque situation possible, pour nous ais le problème de raton laveur dans le grenier a sorti les bébés de 2 a 3 semaines et il a soigneusement inspecter chaque racoin et voir si les conduit d'aérations étais perforer ou pas ! je le refaire avec plaisir vous serez plus que satisfait il a fait un travail remarquable encore Merci Mr Eric

I had an excellent experience with this company and would highly recommend their services. I contacted them when a wild turkey had wandered into my warehouse and stayed there for nearly seven days. The situation was concerning, as the bird had no access to food or water and was perched high on our racks, making it impossible for us to safely help it on our own.When I called, he responded promptly and handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. What stood out the most was his genuine concern for the animal’s well-being. He approached the situation calmly, reassured us throughout the process, and worked patiently and skillfully.With his guidance and hands-on help, we were able to safely bring the turkey down and release it back into the wild—all without causing any harm. The entire process took about an hour, and his expertise made what felt like a stressful situation completely manageable.It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, compassionate, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need.
