Amazing time with the residents today at the Ballroom Sit-N-Dance activity. We were swaying to the Caribbean beats on a snowy winter's day.

Ballroom Sit-N-Dance today at Henri-Bradet residential centre. Turned into a 'ballroom blitz' with all the dances 🤩. Silvers Rock!!!

'Broadway' was on the program but, being that we're not permitted to sing for now, we changed it to Cha Cha!! Oh man, they were shaking their booties!!!

We were 'Swinging' into the new year with some Jitterbug and Big Band music!! Talked about the origins of the dance and some of it's many variations in modern day Swing. The group was fully engaged, humorous, and lively!!
