Ever wonder why your inspector is obsessed with the term "Bare Metal"? 🛠️

It’s not just industry jargon; it’s the gold standard of kitchen safety. According to NFPA 96 standards, a professional exhaust system cleaning isn’t finished until every trace of combustible grease is gone, leaving nothing but the original steel visible.

Most cleaning crews will "wipe down" what you can see. At CRS Waterworks, we go deep into the ducts where the real fire hazards hide. We scrub, degrease, and sanitize until we hit that bare metal finish. Why? Because grease is fuel. If there's no grease, there’s no fire.

The benefits are simple:
✅ Maximum fire prevention
✅ Better exhaust fan efficiency
✅ Total compliance with health and safety codes
✅ Peace of mind during inspections

When was the last time you saw bare metal in your exhaust system? If it's been a while, it might be time for a deep clean.

Don't gamble with your kitchen's safety. Contact us today for a custom maintenance plan tailored to your business.
