Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. She is also bilingual, proudly offering services in both French and English.

She works with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, peer relationship challenges, school-related concerns, and family conflict.
Her compassionate, collaborative approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including:

Betsy is a Registered Social Worker with over 45 years of experience across a wide range of areas, including child protection, child sexual abuse treatment, addictions, mental health, adult education, and authorship.

She works with individuals, couples, and families to help improve communication, heal relationships, and face life's challenges with confidence. Her trauma-informed, research-based approach ensures every client feels seen, heard, and supported.

She offers Individual Counselling, Couple Counselling, and Family Therapy, available in-person in Ottawa and virtually (video) for residents of Ontario, Quebec, and select provinces.

We’re excited to share that Sarah Grace Karasz has joined Success in Steps Therapy & Counselling as an independent Clinical Associate!

Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works primarily from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, while integrating emotion-focused, narrative, and mindfulness-based therapies. Her work is rooted in a person-centered approach that honours each individual’s unique experiences and needs.
Sarah supports adults (18+) navigating trauma, addictions, grief, shame, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

She is currently accepting new clients and offers both in-person and virtual (phone & video) sessions.
