On Canada-Ukraine agreement on drone production

The agreement on the production of uncrewed aerial systems for the Kiev regime, officially announced by Ottawa, is part of the hostile policy pursued by PM Mark Carney’s cabinet towards our country. It is further evidence of a desire to fuel the conflict in order to profit from it.

❗️In effect, Ottawa is moving to a new level of involvement in the Ukrainian crisis — from supplying weapons and financial aid to direct cooperation with the illegitimate Kiev regime in the sphere of military-industrial production.

Russia will take this shift into account in its military and political planning.

Анонсированная официальной Оттавой договорённость насчет производства беспилотных систем для киевского режима - часть враждебной по отношению к нашей стране политики кабинета М.Карни. Свидетельство желания подпитывать конфликт, чтобы на нем подзаработать.

❗️Фактически Оттава переходит на новый уровень вовлечённости в украинский кризис — от поставок вооружений и финансовой помощи к прямой кооперации с антинародной киевской хунтой в сфере экономики военно-промышленного производства.

Россия будет учитывать это изменение в своем военном и политическом планировании.

🇷🇺🇰🇿 Joint Statement by President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the Seven Pillars of Friendship and Good-Neighbourliness between the Peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan (Astana, May 28, 2026)

Today, the world is undergoing profound and rapid change. The system of international relations is facing serious challenges and threats, global instability and a crisis of trust are intensifying, and familiar approaches to ensuring security and sustainable development are being reassessed.

Russia and Kazakhstan are convinced that there is no alternative to building a more just world order – one that opens up opportunities for sustainable development and is capable of placing the international situation on a path towards stabilisation and fundamental recovery.

In such periods, strong and time-tested principles of interstate interaction acquire particular value – principles based on mutual respect, good-neighbourliness, consideration of national interests and equal partnership.

🤝 The bond between our countries rests precisely on these approaches, drawing on close historical ties, mutual support and mutually beneficial cooperation.

In this regard, efforts will be made to strengthen the following pillars of friendship and good-neighbourliness between the peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan:

The FIRST pillar – shared history and a responsible approach to its objective interpretation in the spirit of friendship and good-neighbourliness.

The SECOND pillar – joint efforts to develop Eurasian integration and to form a regional space of cooperation, security and dialogue.

The THIRD pillar – the common border as a space of good-neighbourliness and cooperation.

The FOURTH pillar – economic partnership.

The FIFTH pillar – linguistic and cultural diversity as a shared heritage, traditional values and civilisational affinity.

The SIXTH pillar – youth cooperation, educational exchanges and cooperation in sports.

The SEVENTH pillar – a shared vision of the future.

We see the future of Russia-Kazakhstan relations as a space of sustainable and mutually beneficial development, in which our countries act as equal partners, strategic allies and good neighbours.

By consistently strengthening these seven pillars, we are reinforcing trust and stability and expanding opportunities for a worthy future for our peoples.

☝️ We are convinced that the friendship and good-neighbourliness of Russia and Kazakhstan, grounded in a common history and a shared commitment to creation, will remain a reliable foundation for our interstate relations for the long historical perspective.

✍️ Приведённые в докладе, а также ежедневно публикуемые в прессе и Интернете сведения о масштабных нарушениях прав человека в стране вновв и вновь демонстрируют, насколько сильно деградировало положение в этой области на Украине.

В первую очередь и во многом основной причиной тому является нахождение у власти в Киеве нелегитимного, неонацистского режима, который теперь совершенно откровенно старательно копирует своего идеологического вдохновителя – нацистскую Германию.

Одно из многих убедительных подтверждений тому – недавнее интервью бывшего пресс-секретаря украинского президента Ю.Мендель, в котором она сообщила, что Зеленский, столкнувшись с падением своих рейтингов, требовал от подчиненных вести «пропаганду как у Геббельса». При таких подходах властей бесчисленные систематические нарушения прав человека во всех сферах общественной жизни уже не удивляют.

Однако это на Украине никого не беспокоит. В Киеве и вовсе не задумываются о правах своих сограждан, о необходимости создания хоть каких-то возможностей для реализаций ими собственных законных прав, а просто продолжают зарабатывать на их крови и их смертях

Недавно Запад подтвердил выделение режиму Зеленского новых траншей финансовых вливаний и вооружений. Сформированные этими огромными потоками средств чудовищные коррупционные возможности и сохранение властных полномочий – вот что занимает мысли Банковой и ее обитателей. В современных украинских реалиях это означает лишь одно – продолжение боевых действий «до последнего украинца».

Всё это в полной мере подтверждает отмеченное ранее: раболепная готовность киевской верхушки принести в жертву свою страну, народ, а также историю и память о её подлинном прошлом – и есть та причина, по которой западные кураторы по-прежнему не просто закрывают глаза и на неонацистскую идеологию, и на преступления хунты Зеленского, но оправдывают их и даже подталкивают к всё новым преступлениям.

История знает немало подобных примеров пестования Западом откровенно расистских и фашистских режимов. Их незавидная судьба хорошо известна, и только этим они, пожалуй, и обеспечивают своё попадание в историю. Об этом много говорилось во время праздничных мероприятий по случаю 81-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.

Героизация нацизмa

• В стране на государственном уровне осуществляется фальсификация истории, обеление нацистских преступников и фашистских приспешников. Признаны борцами за независимость бойцы украинских военных националистических формирований времен Второй мировой войны – ОУН и УПА и их руководители . Введена уголовная ответственность за негативную оценку деятельности упомянутых структур.

Запрет русского языка

• Киевским режимом проводится последовательная линия на законодательное закрепление доминирующей роли украинского языка и сокращение возможностей использования в публичном пространстве иных языков. Наибольшим репрессиям подвергается русский язык, (https://t.me/MariaVladimirovnaZakharova/12363) являющийся родным для миллионов граждан Украины – не только этнических русских, но и белорусов, украинцев, армян, евреев, греков, венгров и представителей других национальностей.

Насаждение ненависти к русским и их дискриминация

• Фиксировались регулярные усилия по пропаганде нетерпимости к русским жителям, русскому языку и всей русской культуре. Подобные действия не только не встречали осуждения и каких-либо мер реагирования со стороны властей, но и совершались самим украинским руководством.

Преследование Украинской православной церкви

• Против клира УПЦ была запущена масштабная информационная кампания, направленная на дискредитацию её священников в глазах паствы, создание из них образа «пособников врага». Зафиксировано множество случаев насильственных захватов принадлежащих канонической церкви

⚡️ Russian Foreign Ministry statement on strikes by the Kiev regime’s militants against Russia’s civilian population (May 25, 2026)

The gruesome UAV attack carried out by the Ukrainian armed forces on the night of May 22 against the academic building and dormitory of a college of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, LPR, has become yet another glaring testimony to the N**i and terrorist nature of the Kiev regime, which deliberately strikes civilians and does not stop short of the cold-blooded murder of children.

Zelensky’s junta and its Western sponsors, which supply the Ukrainian military with the means to commit crimes against our people, have demonstrated to the entire world their blatant disregard for international humanitarian law.

This is a direct violation of the 1949 Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols regulating the protection of civilians during conflicts, the 1989 Convention on the Rights of the Child, and a number of other important international instruments.

This has exhausted Russia’s patience.

Under the circumstances, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are beginning to deliver consistent, systematic strikes against Ukrainian defence industry enterprises in Kiev, including specific sites used for the design, production, programming and preparation for use of UAVs employed by the Kiev regime with the assistance of NATO specialists responsible for supplying components, providing intelligence data and target designation.

Strikes will also be carried out against decision-making centres and command posts.

❗️ Given that the above-mentioned facilities are dispersed across Kiev:

👉 we warn foreign nationals, including staff of diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organisations, of the need to leave the city as soon as possible,
👉 urge residents of the Ukrainian capital not to approach the military and administrative infrastructure facilities of the Zelensky regime.
