🍪 Sweet Creations — Monster Munch Cookie Bites! 🎃

Another wonderful turnout for our Sweet Creations class at The Belmont, led by team member Danielle!

What makes our Sweet Creations program so special is that everyone gets to create their very own recipe from start to finish! Each participant has their own ingredients, supplies and recipe to follow, allowing them to work independently, at their own pace, and enjoy the satisfaction of creating something entirely themselves.

It’s about so much more than making a sweet treat. It’s about independence, confidence, creativity and keeping those everyday skills alive — all while having a little fun along the way! ❤️

🍂 A special thank-you to Troy from Torn Pages for dropping off some extra fall and Halloween decorations! Such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated!

The Belmont clients are staying informed and getting ready to make their voices heard! 🗳️ Learning about the candidates and voting is one way we’re doing our part for the Clearview Township community we call home. ❤️

Our seniors have a voice—and they’re ready to use it!

♻️ Last call for our metal bin!

Getting ready for winter and have scrap metal to clear out? There’s still room in The Belmont’s bin, but this weekend, October 3–4, is your last chance. It will be collected afterward, and we won’t be getting another one.

All proceeds will be divided between the Stayner Legion, Branch 457, and the New Lowell Legion, Branch 516—two local Legions that do so much for our communities and the people in them. Thank you to everyone who has contributed! ❤️

🧙‍♀️ The Belmont is joining the Chamber’s Witches Walk 2026! 🎃

On Friday, October 23, from 5–9 p.m., explore downtown Stayner, visit participating stops and enjoy the evening’s activities. We’re excited to be on the map and can’t wait to welcome you to The Belmont—hopefully with a spookily decorated entrance! 👻

We’re also teaming up with the Stayner Siskins, so a few lucky visitors may receive a free pass to one of their games! Be sure to enter our free gift basket draw while you’re here. 🏒🎁

Start at the Station Park gazebo to pick up your event map, then stop by and say hello!

Another lovely week at The Belmont as we head into the last week of September! 🍂

We welcomed Eric Kidd back for an afternoon of entertainment, enjoyed chair yoga with Sass Dempsey from Creemore Wellness Sanctuary, and played bingo led by our wonderful client Donna.

On Saturday, local folk artist Cindy serenaded us over lunch and brought along her lovely dog, who received plenty of attention! 🐾

Our Wire Sculpture Art Project is complete, and the results are fantastic! 🎨✨

Each piece turned out completely different, full of colour, creativity and personality. Even better was seeing how impressed our clients were with their own finished creations — sometimes you don’t realize what you can create until you try!

Take a look at these beautiful finished pieces! ❤️
