Unfortunately, this year’s sale is cancelled. The city can no longer give me the Friday evening to set the room up and won’t allow me to enter the room on Saturday until 8am. This is too much to take on for one person.
Moving forward, I am not sure if I will continue organizing this sale.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to secure us a spot for this year. I tried even getting a one day spot, but the dates just didn’t work. Traditionally I book our location in January, however we were still in thick of Covid at that point. Thank you everyone for your patience! These sales do take a lot of work to organize and I hope to get it all set in January. For returning vendors please make sure all your contact info is up to date and feel free to contact me here or through email [email protected], with any updates. For anyone interested in being on the contact list, please notify me through the above routes.
For any past vendors, if you have any of your creations you would like to advertise on this page, please send along some pictures and contact info and I will happily share to the page.

Hi everyone!

With sadness, I have decided to cancel this year’s event. Not knowing what the next couple of months are going to look like has made it difficult to fill spots, as well as I have been reluctant to fill them. To all of you that showed interest in participating in the show, stay tuned for 2021. To all my returning vendors that did commit to me, thank you for you for doing so and I look forward to seeing you in November 2021. The kind words and support have been awesome and I thank you all for your patience. For anybody that wrote a cheque, I did not deposit them, so I will shred them. To those that sent an etransfer, I can refund or transfer it to the 2021 show. I will be in touch with everyone. Lastly I would like to thank all our customers that have been following this page....stay tuned, we hope that 2021 will be a better year.

Returning vendors: Tuesday, June 30 is the last day to submit your applications for the 2020 show.
It is time to move forward with the planning of this show and all we can do,at present, is to try to be hopeful for more stable times come November. If the show is cancelled by the city (our location is booked through the City of Ottawa) a refund will be issued.

The original application deadline is May 1.

I totally understand that these are uncertain times! I still plan to move forward with the show and make any changes or cancellations as we approach that part of the year. If we have to cancel due to the current situation continuing or a resurgence, a 100% refund will be made or your fees will be transferred to 2021.

I will extend the return deadline to the end of June, after that point we will have to see. I would appreciate all those who have not committed yet to the 2020 show, to please send me an email with your intentions. Responding will secure your spot until the new deadline. If I do not hear any sort of response, I will not guarantee that you will get your same location or a spot at all.
