A smarter option would be to have the Waterfront LRT run east-west without looping through the Port Lands, run it tunneled north connecting with Line 2 Woodbine or Main Station, and have a separate streetcar line servicing Corktown Ontario Line Station, The Port Lands, and East Harbour Station
