I have been reading about about Energy, Law of Attractions & Vibration more so since last year, but knew about it & felt it since I will 12yrs old and get into learning Yoga when my dad put me in it like they put kids in ballads
As a Girl I had to put up with alot to show myself as an individual to people, in my Middle Eastern Culture, as in that Culture just born a Girl u r concerned lower than
a Man, but having my mom as a flight attendent & dad having a PhD in human rights (parents from 2 different cultures & religions), made me feel outside the box, also backpacking in Europe for 11months, and travel intensively made me Grow Alot Fast, making me Learn about Spirituality, Human Behaviour, The World, Universal Laws & than getting on the Quest To Improve Myself, My Life, Having the Freedom & Respect of Be, & To Help Others Too With All Im Learning. Moving to Canada, Toronto (so excited to experience LIBERAL MINDSETS), I studied Event Planning & did my internship, worked in Four Seasons Hotel, which Polished me more but made me realized the Chains of the Corporate World
As I Learned Yoga & Since A Kid Got into Health/Fitness Conscious (Madonna inspired me to lose all my chubbiness which I gained when my parents got divorced & I had to move to USA with Mom than back to Middle East, Food became my Only Comfort), so I learned to be fit, lean and super health, & never use Food for Emotions but for Nourishment, which made me got a Job in 2 Well-Known Gyms, & whille working in Fitness, I did Life Coaching Diploma, which gave me more Insight.
.....and to not get into my Whole Life Story...Getting In Fitness, Made Me Met My 1st Group Of Gay Guys, them bring a CD of Offer Nissim To The Spinning Class I was Teaching, Introducing Me to HOUSE MUSIC & GAY FRIENDS.....
That was 3 years & some months ago & now as per Everyone, I know the Whole GAY COMMUNITY...which was Spontaneous & being Open Minded On My Part, and knowing we meet everyone for a reason, & we r All Human Being to begin with...
So whoever is Nice to me, Im Nice back, whoever whats to share experiences together as Friends, Im Good with that....but to my Surprise, being in the 1st class city of the world Toronto, in the GAY Community, I saw & see, judgement within each other, negative comments behind the back, fake niceness on the face, taking advantage of kindness, not understanding people around who r going through the same as everyone.., even Gay friends judging me for hanging out with Gay friends, calling me a Fag Hag & all kind of labels cause lack of understanding that We can be Friends with any1 there is no Judgment, Just Understand....
On the Other hand Gay Friends Always wanting to go out have Fun, & inviting me for everything made me not let the Judgements bother me & kept being friends with everyone....
But I feel, I think, I see, & we All want to be HAPPY & LOVED, so we All want the Same...
Which made me come up with My Quote which SUMS it All, & if We Achieve this, including myself, we can be HAPPY & LOVED ALL THE TIME

Using My Quote This Summer While Out With Friends, Made It Soo Popular that my friends started using it regularly even to the point of one of my dear friend naming his place High Vibration, which we were even discussing recently, he moved to Mtl, but still want to call his place High Vibrations & I made peace with as I Jadore Him & it gives him High Vibration to do that, so I will see it as that....Although I wanted to use it in a way what Im sharing now, a concept which making a lifestyle will Promote Happiness & Love All the Time, and make me/us have Positive Good Energy At All the Time. So for me HiGH ViBraTioNs are Not just words or a name of a place or a club or an after hours, or a place to get High lol (No Judgment, lol), me using these words hold a profound meaningful meaning behind it, that's why Im making this page, to inform, to share, to learn together...as enhancing each others lives are one of the main reason we are here. In the Universal Everything is ENERGY (Scientifically & Spiritually Proven)...All is Vibrating (Moving), according to a certain level, which depends of what it consist of...to make it simpler..eg:
A Person's Energy Is According to the Emotions/Thoughts he/she is experiencing & according to that, he/she is Moving (Vibrating) in this Universe. Whatever you are giving Out or Experiencing that is what u get back (attract/connect)
so if you are Feeling/Thinking Happy/Peaceful/Joyful, that's the kind of Situations, People & Things u will attract to urself, bring in ur life...
ALL POSITIVITY (Joy, Peace, Happiness, Kindness, Good Intentions) IS GOOD ENERGY Producing High Vibration, which bring more of all vibrating on the same level, increasing ur Energy to experiencing All which makes u more Happy...
On the Other Hand LOWer State of Being (Negative Emotions & Thoughts, Angry, Deception, Fear, Selfishness) brings ur ENERGY...VIBRATION Down & Makes U Lower Vibration resulting in bring people/situations in ur life which results in UNHappiness, which no one deserves, as we ALL are suppose to be Happy/Peaceful at All Times...

ps** Alcohol/Sustance doesnt increase ur Vibration, but gives an illusion to, so its not real, but if u r all Happy & Sweet due to it, GOOD FOR U (& lets learn to do it SOBER, which is Real).....
