Through community outreach, skill-building programs, and space for the unhoused to find shelter, clients are empowered to take steps to change their lives. We welcome people who seek guidance as they reclaim their strength and tap into their resilience to find a new path for their life

Food insecurity in Toronto has shifted from a short-term emergency to a long-term reality.

At Nellie's, our food bank serves 120+ families every week and is a lifeline for a wide variety of people in our community, from moms trying to make ends meet, to seniors living on a very limited fixed income, to women with disabilities facing financial barriers.

We celebrated National Child and Youth Mental Health Day with a "Garden of Feelings" workshop! Our kids used art to explore their emotions, creating a mural that reminds us all: your inner garden is always full of strength. 🌻✨

Our Senior Socialization Program creates opportunities for connection and learning for seniors living in our community. This week they enjoyed playing bingo together, and wrapped up with a bit of Tai chi! 💕
