Go see Jiro Dreams of Sushi... Very good documentary. Reminds us of the value of decent, hard working people... the real heroes of our world. Also reminds us of the need for consistency, persistence, dedication and passion. Jiro optimizes the RHB philosophy. Assume everyone is intelligent, have passion for what you do and get over yourself. http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/jiro_dreams_of_sushi/
Jiro Dreams of Sushi
Beautiful, thoughtful, and engrossing, should prove satisfying even for filmgoers who don't care for the cuisine.

Who's coming to my in-home on wednesday? Don't put off reaching your goals. If not now, when? It's a compound effect. A little bit each day and each week. Make it happen. (And if you don't have a guest, I invite you to come anyway to connect and get motivated. After the meeting, we'll chat over coffee and cookies.). Who's gonna make the commitment this week? # # #

The chia craze
Many people in the UK won't have heard of the chia seed, but if regulators give their backing this US superfood craze could be on the way.

Hooray! We passed our required "likes" threshold and we now have a unique URL for this page: www.facebook.com/LifemaxOntarioGTA Please share this with others on your team and encourage them to connect with us by "liking" this page. This site is meant to connect with team members, share stories and inspire one another.
Also please connect with our "nutrition information" page at www.facebook.com/DiscoverMila This second "team" page is meant for high level health and nutrition information about anything related to Mila (e.g. the benefits of Omega 3s). Post information here that you feel most people will be interested in reading (for their own health), whether they are involved with Lifemax or not.
We also encourage high level industry information to help validate this amazing industry (e.g. Bill Clinton speaking about the Network Marketing industry or other highly reputable resources explaining the merits of this industry)

Last Thursday, Julie F, Tamara U and I got together for coffee and some "shop talk" as Tamara put it. It was really great. We'd like to start a regular coffee dates in Thornhill and Midtown Toronto, for everyone in the team (third week every month). Perhaps on a thursday night. We'd also like to start hosting OPEN in homes weekly and encourage TEAM MEMBERS to come out, whether you have a guest or not! Staying connected like this will help you access the support you need. Being there to support your teammates and provide an extra testimonial or comments about your experience in the business is a great way to help build the strength of the team. Chatting with other distributors after the guests have left, is like having a weekly coffee date (but without giving up our in-homes) and this, you will find, is very powerful and very motivating. Connect with the team in this way just once per week (or as often as you can manage) and you will see how your energy and enthusiasm for this business will grow. The more you engage, the more successful you will be. Should we have "support" sign ups for in-homes and encourage "distributors" to volunteer to attend (either regularly or on a rotating basis)? I'm interested to know what YOU think about this. Let's chat about it! Send your comments. I will read the feedback and send out an invitation to our coffee meetings by email. For those of you on the Toronto team, be sure to read your googlegroup email!
