Community Care Society work with an advanced program in an environment where seniors are encouraged to direct their own care therefore maintaining their independence, dignity and confidence. Community Care Society also uses a collaborative approach toward a plan of care with families of seniors who are experiencing the varying stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
