We track Population Health Status Indicators (PHSIs) to help improve the health of our city.
PHSIs are analyzed over time, by location & across different population groups to help make data-driven decisions to improve health & reduce health inequities.
This update includes data from the Better Outcome Registry & Network Information System (2023) & the Discharge Abstract Database (2024) - with 23 indicators to explore!
