Great energy at our recent community meeting with parents, students, superintendents, and local leaders! We discussed upcoming development projects in our ward, the TDSB’s proposed budget, school fundraising policy, and how families can stay engaged through the Parent Involvement Advisory Committee. Always inspired by the ideas and passion our community brings to the table — let’s keep the momentum going.

Proud to join and Minister at Humber College for a major investment in our community: $20 million in federal funding to build a new community centre!

Even more exciting—we’ve secured a 49-year lease for the land at 95 Humberline Blvd through . As a TDSB Trustee and Director of Toronto Lands Corporation, I was honored to help make this agreement a reality. This is a huge step toward creating a lasting space for services, programming, and support in !

Yesterday marked the beginning of a new chapter. Though we didn’t win, our dedication, resilience, and belief in a brighter future remain unwavering. This journey has been incredible, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who stood by my side.

What an incredible way to kick off our final week of the campaign! Yesterday, we had the honour of standing alongside our inspiring Ontario Liberal party leader, Bonnie Crombie.

Tonight, I had the honour of joining the vibrant Latinos por Liban Hassan event at Plaza Latina to remind everyone about the upcoming advanced voting days on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd.

Connecting with the Humber River-Black Creek community is always a true delight, whether it’s at our doorsteps, over the phone, or through our neighborhood visits.
This week, I had the pleasure of visiting some of our cherished seniors and listening to their concerns about the lack of support from our current government. I’m deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to spend time with you all, and I appreciate the warm welcome you extended to my team and me.

As we continue to engage with more residents, I am eager to discuss our plans to uplift and enrich your daily lives. Together, let’s make a meaningful change on February 27th.

Improving healthcare, enhancing education, and ensuring affordability are the cornerstones to create a thriving Humber River—Black Creek community. We were honored to welcome our leader, this week. It was truly inspiring to witness with her the incredible work being done by youth organizations like .inspire . We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing our collaboration to make our community a better place for all.
