"Peep, my awesomely fun and completely clean... just for these few hours enclosure that my mamas decked out for me.

Isn't it just the coolest?

Regularly, my species would prefer to be with a pack, but my stubborn butt prefers a more solo dolo approach to this thing called life. Ya see, this mansion, its chefs, all MY toys, hiding spots, and comfy spots. ITS ALL MINE!!

This being to the point that, unfortunately, this past year, I sent my brother Kiwi and another soon to be pouch mate Fig into a stressed induced illness that my mamas could not cure. Therefore, I will be alone for the remainder of my days just as I enjoy.

I didn't mean for them to be gone forever, I just couldn't share my room. I know my mamas miss them dearly, so i've worked hard on becoming more social like them."

Now it's Toby the tortoises time! 🐢

Today, while motoring around the reptile room section of the sanctuary, he is enjoying some of his fave Prickly Pear Cactus.

Which of course we grow right here at home for him to have access to daily 🌵

Morning chores ft. G one of our bearded dragon surrenders who came here last month with two of his crested gecko brothers.

G unfortunately tends to hate everyone except me for the time being. He loves blueberries, bugs, and being out. 😎

He spends every morning and night free, roaming his area while I complete the care routine for all the other creatures here in our care.
