Caseworkers are trained and supervised to provide clients, with social, and emotional support and connection to local resources. About this event, ASPIRE Case Management Training empower​s​ participants with the skills and resources to support families in need with the goal to help them become self-reliant. ​Some of the outcomes of this course are: Understand Trauma and its associated behavior​s ​Understand and practice the core skills to support​ ​clients​s ​Understand ​ and apply ​the Case Management process and approach Access to resources and support to help your clients​ Learn more: https://youtu.be/djxa6R8aubg. To confirm the spot you must undergo an interview process. Our ASPIRE administrator will be calling you for this interview. The registration fees are non-refundable and used to cover the costs of the registration and interview process and ensure the participant is committed to becoming an ASPIRE caseworker. ASPIRE Community Caseworker or Supporter To assist clients with challenges in terms of employment, housing, skills development, and physical and mental health issues. You must be 19 years or older and familiar with the area you live in in order to offer support. Training and supervision are provided by our Social worker, ASPIRE facilitators, and coordinators. The requirement is available to volunteer 2 to 3 hours per week, flexible time evenings or weekends, working from home, and a commitment of a minimum of 6 months.
