Parents + guardians must look after the children. If we don’t guide them today - check their friends, their phone, where they go - tomorrow we’ll be the ones crying with them. Fear of God + discipline still works. We can’t leave everything for teachers and government.

Tomorrow’s Cameroon = today’s children. Let’s raise them right so they don’t become our burden.

Joining CPDM = Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement / _Rassemblement Démocratique du Peuple Camerounais_, the ruling party in Cameroon.

1. Requirements: Be Cameroonian, 18+, and not a member of another political party.
2. Where to go: Your local CPDM section office, sub-section, kumba 2 Section. Every quarter has one.
3. What you need: National ID card, 2 passport photos, and membership fee. Fee is small, varies by section.
4. Process: Fill out the membership form, get your party card. That’s it. The Section President Comrade: Chief Mbachu Jacob Kay

June 13, 2026 — Late Second Vice-President, Chief Tabetando Ndieb Nso.

A Senate delegation traveled to Mamfe to pay final tribute, led by the Vice-President of the Senate, Vanigansen Mochiggle, and Senate Questor, Senator Otte Andrew Mofa, on behalf of the President of the Senate, Aboubakary Abdoulaye. The ceremony brought together members of Parliament, Government officials, traditional authorities, as well as many of the deceased’s relatives and colleagues.

In the eulogy read by the representative of the President of the Senate, special tribute was paid to the one who “constantly worked to ensure that the Senate remains a bastion of political pluralism, peaceful coexistence, the defense of Institutions, republican values, and the territorial integrity of our country.

The second ordinary session of parliament opened this morning with tributes to former Senate President Marcel Niat Njifenji and the longest-serving National Assembly Speaker, Hon. Cavaye Yeguie Djibril, who died in April and May, respectively.

Chairing the session, the current Speaker, Right Honorable Datouo Theodore, called for a minute of silence in honor of both officials, who died weeks after leaving office.

Cavaye Yeguie Djibril was buried on May 6, the same day he died, while Marcel Niat Njifenji was buried on May 16.
