3. Collection of project proposals from all sub divisions to begin hustling for funding and partnership opportunities (as from July)

4. Training on how to effectively manage projects and people for group success (September)

5. Sub Divisional Young Leaders Conventions (October)

6. Bui Young Leaders Convention 2018 (December)

7. Bui Exhange Visit to Menchum/Boyo ( Jan 2019)

8. Partner with local schools to celebrate National Career Day (Draft Project and program proposals) (September)

9. Mobilization of youth for regular MINJEC Programs ( Volunteer, PAJER U, Conscript) etc (Whenever each program is announced)
