【Submission Requirements】

Images

File size ≤ 10MB

For printed old photos, please scan and upload

Include a description within 200 characters (time, place, people, event)

Objects & Memorabilia

Provide clear, multi-angle photos (each ≤ 2MB)

Include a description within 500 characters (year, origin, purpose, story)

After initial selection, we will contact you to discuss physical delivery or digital capture

Video Footage: MP4, MOV or other common formats

Resolution no lower than 720P

Length preferably within 5 minutes

For precious footage, no resolution or length restrictions. Include a description within 300 characters (shooting time, background, people, event, etc.)

Personal Stories: Submit as Word document, relevant images may be attached (each image ≤ 2MB). At the end, please indicate author's name, contact information, and relationship to the Canton Fair (e.g., exhibitor, buyer, etc.).

Once submitted, you grant permission to China Foreign Trade Centre and Nanfang Daily to use the work (including digital versions of objects, video, text) for modification, online publication, photobook printing, newspaper/magazine publishing, online/offline promotion, exhibition display, etc. (Original ownership of physical objects remains with the submitter; if borrowing is needed, a separate agreement will be signed.)

Submission deadline: June 30, 2026.
