16.10.2025, PERŞEMBE VEYA KIBRIS'TA KIRMIZI BURUN GÜNÜ
Az önce Avrupa Parlamentosu üyesi Kıbrıslı Fidias Panayiotou'nun "Doğrudan Demokrasi" adını verdiği bir siyasi parti kurduğunu duyduk.
Bu güzel haberi bize bildirdiğinde kırmızı bir burun giyiyordu.
AKEL'den yoldaşlarımız, Avrupa Parlamentosu binasına girerken kırmızı burun takmayı kabul etmedikçe Avrupa Parlamentosu üyesi olamayacağımızı garantilediler. Yunanistan Komünist Partisi'nden yoldaşlar, bunun Avrupa Parlamentosu üyesi olmak için zorunlu bir gereklilik olduğunu doğruladılar.
Fidias Panayiotou'nun sürekli kırmızı burun takmasının nedeni bu gibi görünüyor. Bir şey yapacaksanız, doğru yapın - tıpkı Fidias Panayiotou gibi. Avrupa Parlamentosu üyeleri kırmızı burunlarını sürekli takmalılar. Tıpkı Fidias Panayiotou gibi.

Anlaşılan o ki kırmızı burunlu Fidias Panayiotou, "pratikte tek bir bağımsız politikacının tek başına bir şeyleri değiştiremeyeceğini’ daha yeni, daha "şimdi", ‘gördü".
Ve bu sayede siyaset biliminin dev bir sıçrama yaptı: Perşembe gününden beri yepyeni bir siyasi bilgi teorik zenginliğimize ilave edilmiş oldu: "tek" bir "siyasetçi tek başına bir şeyleri değiştiremez". Veya bu Perşembe gününe siyasette gerçek bir kırmızı burun günü de diyebiliriz!
Sınıf mücadelesinden, sanayi proleterlerinin öncü rolünden ve onların komünizm ideolojilerinden vb. bahseden Marksist siyaset anlayışından bahsetmeyelim. Hayır, Fidias Panayiotou'nun tek bir adam olmadığı gerçeğinden bahsedelim? Fidias Panayiotou en azından iki kişidir! Onun Jeffrey David Sachs adında çok yakın bir arkadaşı var.
Jeffrey David Sachs’ı kırmızı burun takmış olarak göremezsiniz, asla, ama onu kırmızı burunlarını gururla takanlarla ve daima onlarla birlikte görürsünüz! Onu sadece sevgili Fidias Panayiotou’muzla değil, Doğu Avrupa'da (eski halk demokrasilerinde) ve eski Sovyetler Birliği'nde de gördük. Birileriyle ele ele, sadece ve sadece kırmızı burun takanlarla el ele! Sevgili JDS'miz tüm o kırmızı burunlularla ne yapıyordu? Ama o kırmızı burun takmadı. Neden taksın ki? Kırmızı burunları başkalarının takması gerek. Ve taktılar da! Fidias Panayiotou de takıyor. Bu yeterli. Jeffrey David Sachs (JDS) ve Victoria Nolan (VN) (birilerinin deyimiyle VS-Victoria's Secrets) Kolombiya Üniversitesi'nde buluştuğunda, ne kadar çok ve birlikte kırmızı burunlu olmayan partiler düzenlediklerini merak ediyorum. Kırmızı burun takanları kutlamak için bir parti! JDS ve VN-VS, kırmızı burunlular olmasa nerede olurdu!
Türkler der ki: Bana arkadaşını söyle, sana kim olduğunu söyleyeyim!
Bu da bizi, "doğrudan demokrasi"nin Fidias Panayiotou'muz için yeni bir şey olmadığı gerçeğine getiriyor! Fidias Panayiotou nasıl Avrupa Parlamentosu'nun kırmızı burunlu üyesi oldu? "Doğrudan demokrasi"yi kullandı. Şimdi de tekrar kullanmak istiyor. Neyi başarmak için? "Daha doğrudan ve daha demokratik" olacak "yeni bir demokrasi" elde etmek için.
Fidias Panayiotou'yu Avrupa Parlamentosu'na kırmızı burunlu bir üye olarak seçmek için kullanılan "Doğrudan Demokrasi", şimdi Avrupa Parlamentosu'na daha da çok kırmızı burunlu üyeler seçmek için genişletilecek; bu arada zenginler için olan zenginlerin Avrupa demokrasisi olduğu gibi kalacak, daha doğrusu "daha doğrudan ve daha demokratik" hale gelerek olduğu gibi kalacak.
İngilizler der ki: Ne kadar değişirse o kadar aynı kalır!
Türkler ise "Parlayan ve sarı olan her şey altın değildir; o şey ‘aptalların altını’ denen şey olabilir" derler.
Mikroçiplerin ve dolayısıyla doğrudan demokrasinin Marksist incelemesini bir kenara bırakırsak, Britanya'daki Muhafazakârlar gibi en gerici politikacılar bile onlarca yıl önce mikroçiplerin ve onların potansiyellerinin ve dolayısıyla da "doğrudan demokrasinin" gayet iyi farkındaydı. Hatta doğrudan demokratik bir parti bile kurdulardı – o parti artık öldü vede gömüldü bile.
Marksit bir incelememi? Hayır asla öyle bir şey olamaz! Mikroçipleri incelemek, mikroçiplerin, proletaryanın çalışma ve yaşam koşulları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek o Marksistlerin ideolojik temellerinin yerle bir olması anlamına gelir! Bu yüzden böyle bir inceleme yapmıyorlar, bu yüzden bundan bahsetmiyorlar. Bu yüzden bu yoldaşlar Marksist değil! Stalin'in çğrencileri değiller.
Ama etrafta böyle insanlar var -ve şans bu ya bazıları Kıbrıs'ta ikamet ediyor- Kıbrıs Sosyalist Partisi (KSP) yıllardır mikroçiplerden, tam otomasyondan, bolluktan ve interneti kullanarak doğrudan demokrasiye ulaşmaktan bahsediyor: Türklerin "Kıbrıs sorununu" çözmek için toplumlar arası toplantılarda kendilerini temsil edecek temsilcilerini seçmek için yaptıkları seçim sürecinde tüm bu görüşlerini dile getiriyorlar!
Dolayısıyla, bir yanda kimsenin hakkında konuşmak istemediği ve altın olan Marksist-Stalinist Doğrudan Demokrasi anlayışı var, diğer yanda herkesin hakkında konuşmak istediği ve aptalların altını olan, yani yoldaş Fidias Panayiotou'nun doğrudan demokrasi anlayışı var.
Ne yazık ki Fidias Panayiotou'nun Doğrudan Demokrasisi burjuvazinin son sığınağıdır. Tevekkeli değil bir iki soytarıya ihtiyacı var!

16.10.2025, THURSDAY OR RED NOSE DAY IN CYPRUS
We have just heard that Cypriot member of the European parliament Fidias Panayiotou (FP) had created a political party, which he has called ‘Direct Democracy’.
When he informed us all of this good news, he was wearing a red nose.
We have been assured by Comrades from AKEL that one cannot possibly become a member of the European parliament unless one agrees to wear a red nose when he/she enters the European Parliament building. Comrades from CP of Greece confirm that it is in fact a compulsory requirement of becoming a member of the European parliament.
That seems to be why comrade Fidias Panayiotou wears a red nose continuously. If you’re going to do something do it right-like FP. Members of the European parliament must wear their red nose all the time. Like FP.
Well, all of Tito-Khrushchev’s sons, all of Trotsky’s sons have started wearing their compulsory red noses even before there was a FP. In other words FP should not think that he leads the way as regards being most suitable for a red nose. He is but a little newborn baby! (and further more just one man unlike Tito-Khrushchev’s sons, Trotsky’s sons who are many)
So “now” he, the red nosed FP “seen in practice that one independent politician cannot change things on his own”.
Talk of science of politics taking a giant leap forward: since Thursday a brand new theory of political wisdom have entered our field: “one” “politician cannot change things on his own”. Or one may say this Thursday in politics is the red nose day indeed!
Let us not talk about the Marxist idea of politics that talks of class struggle and the leading role of the industrial proletarians and their ideology of communism etc etc. No, let us talk of the fact that FP is not just one man? He is at least two! He has a close friend of his called Jeffrey David Sachs
Jeffrey David Sachs would not be seen wearing a red nose, no way, but he would be seen with those who do wear their red noses with pride-and prejudice! Not only can we see him with our beloved FP, we have already seen him in East Europe (in the old people’s democracies) and in the old Soviet Union. Hand in hand with them who wear nothing but a red nose! (Remember Yeltsin-the man of the red nose-such that he did not even need a red nose stuck in his nose for his nose was always a red nose, if you know what I mean FP!)
What was our beloved JDS doing with all them red noses? He was telling them and directing them as to how and quickly sell the state properties to individuals so that purer form of capitalism with individuals owning capital can come into being. He did a very good job of all that. Millions of Soviet and East European people have died- a lot of them due to hunger and cold and loss of medication.
But he did not wear a red nose. Why should he? It is for the others to wear them. And they did! FP does too. That is good enough. I wonder how much of a party-not red nosed-is organised in Colombia University when JDS and VN (Victoria’s Secrets as she is called) meet there. A party to celebrate them who wear the red nose! Where would JDS and VN-VS be if it wasn’t for them red nose ones!
The Turks say: tell me your friend I’ll tell you who you are!
Which brings us to the fact that “direct democracy” is nothing new for our FP! How did he become the red nosed member of the European parliament? He used the “direct democracy”. And now he wants to use it again. To achieve what? Well, to achieve a “new type of democracy”, that “will be “more direct and more democratic”.
“Direct Democracy” used to elect FP as a red nosed member of the European parliament will now be extended to elect even more red nosed member of the European parliament; in the mean time European democracy of the rich for the rich stay as is, or rather becomes “more direct and more democratic”.
The English say: the more it changes the more it remains the same!
And the Turks say “not everything that shine and is yellow is gold-it could be what is called the fools’ gold.”
Leaving aside the Marxist study of micro-chips and thus of direct democracy, even the most reactionary politicians, such as the Tories of Britain have been well aware of the micro-chips and its potentials and thus of “direct democracy” decades ago. They even formed a direct democratic party-dead and buried now.
Oh no, of course not, not the Marxists! Any study of micro-chips’ any study of the effects of the micro-chips on the working and living conditions of the proletariat and their ideological foundation would come tumbling down! Thus they do not do it, thus they do not talk of it. Thus these comrades are not Marxist! They are not Stalin’s sons.
But there are such people around-and as luck would have it there are some of them just residing in Cyprus- Socialist Party of Cyprus (SPC) have been talking of the micro-chips and full automation and achieving abundance and direct democracy using the internet for years: they have been airing their views during the present electoral process where Turks are supposed to elect their representative for the communal meetings to solve the “Cyprus problem!”
Thus there is the gold, that is Marxist-Stalinist understanding of Direct democracy-which all keep quite about, than there is the fools’ gold, that is comrade FP’s direct democracy- which all talk about.
Unfortunately FP’s Direct Democracy is the last refuge of the bourgeoisie. No wonder it needs a clown or two!
