Vi søger en engageret og praktisk orienteret ejendomsservicetekniker/bygningsvedligeholder til vedligeholdelse og montageopgaver på vores ejendomme i Aalborg-området.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. være:

✅ Løbende vedligehold af bygninger og tekniske installationer.
✅ Montagearbejde i forbindelse med bygningsvedligehold, indretning og mindre ombygninger.
✅ Mindre tømrerarbejde og generelle håndværksmæssige opgaver.
✅ Udbedring af forfaldent arbejde både inde og ude.
✅ Tilsyn med bygninger, lagerområder og udearealer, så alt fremstår funktionelt og præsentabelt.
