Did you know that Ecuador has one of the highest biodiversity indices, but at the same time one of the highest percentages of deforestation in the world? The government is doing their best at protecting the forests, which is why 18% of the Ecuadorian surface is protected now. It is our wish to be a part of this initiative in order to protect more areas from deforestation caused by the mass production of big enterprises. Protect Ecuador with Q'umir Design.

On our way back from discovering fincas to preserve in Coca, we came along the beautiful waterfall of San Rafael in the preserved area of Cayambe-Coca. This is exactly why we should preserve more forestal areas in this amazing country. Take care of nature with Q'umir Design.
